2. What data may be processed

Depending on how you interact with BuiltABE or with a business using BuiltABE services, we may process limited personal data such as:

• name, business name or profile name;
• email address, phone number or messaging identifier;
• messages sent through WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, website chat or contact forms;
• booking requests, service requests or commercial inquiries;
• technical information required to operate, secure and improve our services.

BuiltABE does not sell personal data.

3. How to request data deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

Please include enough information for us to identify the data concerned, such as:

• your name or business name;
• the email address or phone number used to contact us;
• the platform used, for example WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram or website chat;
• the name of the business you contacted, if your request relates to one of our business clients;
• a short explanation of the data you want deleted.

4. Processing time

We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

In most cases, deletion requests are processed within 30 days after verification of the request. If the request is complex or if additional verification is required, we may need more time and will inform you when appropriate.

5. Data processed for business clients

BuiltABE provides digital automation, messaging and customer communication services to business clients.

If your data was collected through a business that uses BuiltABE services, that business may be the main controller of your data. In that case, we may need to forward your request to the relevant business or process it according to their lawful instructions.

We will still help you identify the correct contact when possible.

6. Data that may not be deleted immediately

Some information may need to be kept when required by law, for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, contractual, dispute resolution or legitimate business purposes.

When deletion is not immediately possible, we may restrict or archive the data where appropriate.

7. Third-party platforms

BuiltABE may use third-party platforms such as Shopify, Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, payment providers, hosting providers or automation tools.

Deleting data from BuiltABE systems does not automatically delete data stored directly by those third-party platforms. You may also need to use the privacy or data deletion tools provided by the relevant platform.
