Connecting expertise with the needs of aviation.

A French business with European ambition.

Our starting point is practical: clarify the role, relevant qualifications and working conditions before searching for a profile. A declared licence is not verification; criteria will be documented for each assignment.

France is the first target market. European expansion will be gradual, according to companies' needs and the requirements of each market.

Builtabe searches for, selects and introduces professionals for direct employment. We are not a temporary employment agency and do not employ candidates to supply them to clients.

Our approach: understand the role, document relevant checks and communicate conditions clearly. Other European markets will be assessed as opportunities arise, before activation.
